The whole black natural Chalkidiki olives are processed only with salt, free of added chemical preservatives.
The whole natural Chalkidiki olives are harvested after having matured on the trees and after getting their dark black color. The fruit, after the natural processing and by adding just salt, gets their thin skin and fruity taste that makes them unique.
The olives need over six months in order to mature in the barrels, from the end of November until May or June of the following year.
